Yes, you can. You can cancel your booking and get your prepayment refund if you cancel your booking no later than 60 days before the arrival date.

In the apartments there are dishes, a fridge, a washing machine, TV, in some apartments there is also an oven. Each apartment has its own parking space. Bed sheets and towels can be rented.

Usually check-in and check-out are at 5 pm and 10 am respectively, but we try our best to have you in as early as possible. There is no penalty for late arrival just notify us of your arrival time.

La Pelosa beach is easy to reach on foot, even with a stroller.Maximum distance is 350 meters from the condominium territory to the path leading to the beach, 100 meters long, last 12 steps.

La Pelosa beach is free, however, should you find it necessary you can rent an umbrella and a chaise-longue right on the beach, or we can give you telephone numbers to call to book them in advance.

200-300 meters away, depends on the location of each specific apartment, there is a shopping centre Capo Falcone, usually open from June to September, with a supermarket, coffee-shop, tobacco shop, and a restaurant. Also, there is a shuttle bus that circulates between Stintino and Capo Falcone till midnight, it allows going to the town (4 km).

To reach the our La Pergola apartments one can

• go by bus which circulates 5 times a day from the airport to La Pelosa.
• rent a car at the airport.
• take a taxi.

Usually, we organize stays from Saturday to Saturday, however, we seek to be flexible. Please let us know your requirements and we will try our best to meets them.

The Residence opens usually in mid-May, and closes late October. High season normally is from mid-July to end of August. For this period it is recommended to book early (in March).
