Condizioni generali
All prices are only for weekly stays that starts on Saturday and ends the next Saturday.
The admittance in the apartments is scheduled from 5.00pm, the re-delivery of the apartments must take place by 10.00am on the day of departure, all unless otherwise agreed.
On arrival, the guest will pay the agreed rent and a deposit of 200 Euro that will be refunded on the day of departure.
Small pets are admitted (please inform us during the booking, there is a small price supplement).
Not included services: towels and bedclothes (with a fee, please request it at booking).
Payment mode: 30% advance at booking with bank transfer and 70% cash or online bank transfer at day of arrival.

The kitchen cleaning is in charge of the guests.
