The Residence opens usually in mid-May and closes late October. The high season normally is from mid-July to the end of August. For this period it is recommended to book early (we suggest to book in March).
Booking
It is very easy: just contact us writing the desired period and the number of people, we will inform you about apartment availability, then we will send our International Bank Account Number (IBAN) to pay a 30% prepayment, and as soon as the prepayment is received we send you a booking confirmation.
Checkin & Checkout
Usually check-in and check-out are at 5 pm and 10 am respectively, but we try our best to have you in as early as possible. There is no penalty for late arrival just notify us of your arrival time.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking and get your prepayment refund if you cancel your booking no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
